We understand that plans occasionally change. To amend or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in the loss of deposit or a service charge.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will result in a £10 service charge and loss of deposit.
5. Punctuality
To maintain the high standard of our service, we ask that you are prepared at the scheduled time. Delays of over 15 minutes may shorten or forfeit the appointment, depending on the day’s schedule.
6. Service Environment
For home visits, please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to electricity where required. Our barbers reserve the right to decline service in unsuitable or unsafe conditions.
7. Payments and Products

1. Booking & Payment
All wedding services must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This guarantees that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Consultation
A pre-wedding consultation is highly recommended to discuss your desired style, hair type, and any additional grooming needs. This ensures your look is perfected for the big day.
3. Pre-Wedding Cut
We recommend scheduling a pre-wedding cut 3–5 days before the wedding to allow hair to settle naturally. Beard grooming or detailing can also be included.
4. On-the-Day Styling
On the wedding day, mobile services will provide a fresh cut, style, and finish with professional products applied. Please ensure the agreed location is ready, safe, and well-lit.
5. Travel & Location
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. You are responsible for providing a suitable workspace for on-site services.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Late cancellations may result in a full charge for the booked services. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Weddings That Don’t Go Ahead
If the wedding does not go ahead, we are unable to offer refunds unless the appointment can be reasonably rescheduled for another date.
8. Punctuality
Please ensure all clients are ready at the agreed time. Late arrivals may reduce service time or affect the schedule of multiple bookings.
9. Liability
Dane’s Barber Co is fully insured, but we request a safe environment for all equipment and staff. Any damage caused due to unsafe conditions will be the responsibility of the client.
10. Refunds
Refunds are only given in circumstances where the appointment cannot be rearranged.

Give the gift of great hair with Dane’s Barber Co gift cards. Perfect for friends, family, or anyone who deserves a fresh cut and style, our gift cards can be redeemed for services or products at any Dane’s Barber Co location or via mobile service.
1. Purchase & Redemption
Gift cards can be purchased online, in-person, or via mobile services. They can be redeemed against any service or product offered by Dane’s Barber Co.
2. Validity
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Please check the expiry date on your gift card.
3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are not available, except where required by law.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards
Dane’s Barber Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.
5. Partial Use
Gift cards can be used in part or in full. Any remaining balance will remain on the card until fully redeemed, within the validity period.
6. Booking Appointments
To redeem a gift card for a service, please mention it at the time of booking or show the card at the appointment.
7. Expired Cards
After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited.
