Course Policy – Master Advanced Techniques in Barbering for Hairdressers At Dane’s Barber Co, our training programs are designed to deliver the highest standard of professional education. To ensure each participant gains the full benefit of the experience, please review the following policy carefully before attending. 1. Course Schedule Training begins promptly at 9:00am with a mandatory one-hour briefing covering key techniques, objectives, and health & safety guidance. Practical sessions commence at 10:00am and run in one-hour client slots throughout the day. 2. Client Bookings Each participant is responsible for arranging their own practice clients. Clients must be booked in one-hour slots starting from 10:00am, ensuring sufficient time for application, refinement, and educator feedback. 3. Punctuality & Attendance Participants must arrive on time and be prepared for the 9:00am briefing. Late arrivals may forfeit participation in parts of the session. Consistent punctuality reflects the professional standards of the course. 4. Professional Standards All participants are expected to uphold professional conduct at all times. Clean attire, personal presentation, and respectful communication are essential. All clients should be treated with care and courtesy. 5. Tools & Equipment Trainees are required to bring their own professional barbering tools — including clippers, scissors, combs, and styling products. Additional materials may be provided by Dane’s Barber Co as specified for the session. 6. Cancellations All course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy ensures fairness and commitment, as spaces are limited and preparation begins upon booking. 7. Certification Participants who complete the full training day and demonstrate practical competence will receive a Certificate of Completion from Dane’s Barber Co, recognising their advanced technical achievement.
