To ensure a seamless service for every client, please take a moment to review our booking policy below. 1. Appointments All appointments are arranged exclusively through our online booking system. Once confirmed, you will receive a detailed confirmation via email or text. For home visits, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate to guarantee punctual arrival and setup. 2. Deposits A small deposit is be required to secure your appointment. This will be credited toward your final total. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if changes are made within the permitted timeframe. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans occasionally change. To amend or cancel your appointment, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in the loss of deposit or a service charge. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will result in a £10 service charge and deposit loss. 5. Punctuality To maintain the high standard of our service, we kindly ask that you are prepared at the scheduled time. Delays of over 15 minutes may shorten or forfeit the appointment, depending on the day’s schedule. 6. Service Environment For home visits, please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to electricity where required. Our barbers reserve the right to decline service in unsuitable or unsafe conditions. 7. Payments & Products All payments can be made securely online or in person.
